1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
1/4 cup chopped basil leaves
2 tbsp chopped lemon grass (hare chai ki patti)
1/2 tbsp chopped galangal (thai ginger) /
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
Other Ingredients
2 tsp oil
1/4 cup broccoli floret
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1/4 cup chopped coloured capsicum
1/4 cup chopped tofu (bean curd/ soya paneer) /
2 tbsp oats flour dissolved in 1/4 cup
1 tbsp Rolled Oats
salt as advised by doctor / dietitian
Method
- To make thai green curry veg soup recipe, heat oil in a deep pan, add broccoli, mushrooms and coloured capsicum. Sauté for 2 minutes.
