Main Ingredients
1 cup roughly chopped coriander (dhania)
4 to 5 green chilli
2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients, add ¼ cup of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Use as required and store in an air-tight container in a deep-freezer.
