1 cup mashed strawberries
4 tsp honey
1 cup fresh low fat curds (dahi)
4 tbsp low fat milk (99.7% fat-free)
Method
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 4 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
