For Papaya Orange Drink
2 cups fresh orange juice
2 cups roughly chopped papaya
1/2 cup thick coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
crushed ice for serving
Method
- To make papaya orange drink, combine all the ingredients except the ice and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Place some crushed ice in each glass. Pour the papaya orange drink over it.
- Serve the papaya orange drink immediately.

I don''t know if this has been added by an authorised dietician but diabetics should avoid fruit juices because of the high quantity of sugar. And this recipe calls for 2 cups of orange juice. Which could probably increase sugar levels. Perhaps the recipes in this section should be verified before being posted.

Wow that was delicious! It''s my new favorite thing. And extremely easy to make. I didn''t use ice this time (it''s winter here) but I''ll try that in the summer.
