अंडा, बैदा के फायदे, स्वास्थ्य विषयक (benefits of eggs, anda, baida in Hindi)

1. अंडे सभी 9 आवश्यक अमीनो एसिड के साथ एक अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले प्रोटीन युक्त खाद्य पदार्थ हैं जो सस्ते भी होते हैं। एक अंडे (50 ग्राम) में लगभग 87 कैलोरी और 6.7 ग्राम प्रोटीन होता है। मांस और मछली जैसे मांसाहारी खाद्य पदार्थों से दूर रहने वाले पूर्ण प्रोटीन के स्रोत के रूप में अंडे पर भरोसा कर सकते हैं।

2. इसके अलावा यह कैल्शियम, विटामिन डी और फास्फोरस का काफी अच्छा स्रोत हैं ... प्रोटीन के साथ ये सभी पोषक तत्व मजबूत हड्डियों के निर्माण और ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस (osteoporosis) को रोकने की दिशा में काम करते हैं।

3. अंडे विटामिन ए (स्वस्थ आंखों के लिए आवश्यक) और बी विटामिन (विटामिन बी 2, बी 3, बी 6 और फोलिक एसिड (बी 9)) जैसे विटामिन से भी समृद्ध होते हैं।

4. इसमें मौजूद छोटी मात्रा में आयरन दिन भर की थकान को रोकने के लिए ऑक्सीजन की अच्छी आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करेता है।

5. अंडे एक उच्च संतृप्ति मूल्य देते हैं, जबकि ये कम कैलोरी जोड़ते हैं। इस प्रकार वे अनावश्यक खाने से बचाते हैं और वजन घटाने को भी बढ़ावा देते हैं। तले हुए अंडे के ऊपर स्क्रैम्बल्ड और उबले हुए अंडे को पसंद करना अच्छा विकल्प है। कारण काफी स्पष्ट है - हम में से कोई भी कमर को बढ़ाना नहीं चाहता है।

6. उन में कोलीन की उपस्थिति के कारण अंडे को मस्तिष्क का भोजन माना जाता है। यह मस्तिष्क की कोशिकाओं को अच्छी तरह से पोषित करके एकाग्रता को बढ़ाकर हमें लाभ पहुंचाता है।

7. अंडे एंटीऑक्सिडेंट ल्यूटिन और ज़ियाज़ेन्थिन का अविश्वसनीय रूप से अच्छा स्रोत हैं, जो आंखों में धब्बेदार अध: पतन (macular degeneration) से बचाने और मोतियाबिंद की शुरुआत को रोकने के लिए जाने जाते हैं। ये शरीर में इन्फ्लमेशन (inflammation) को भी कम करते हैं और मुक्त कणों को निकालते हैं, इस प्रकार शरीर के सभी अंगों और कोशिकाओं की रक्षा करते हैं।
