- What is hot ginger milk for cough and cold made off? hot ginger milk is made from 3 easily available ingredients in the Indian kitchen : 2 cups milk, 2 tbsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak) and 1 1/2 tbsp sugar.

Yes, I am using this recipe adding ginger juice in hot milk and tea. It is useful specially during winter. I extract ginger juice using mixer and keep this ginger juice in a glass bottle to use later.

You can cool it well and refrigerate it for a day. Next day, reheat it before serving.
