For tulsi tea
 

  1. To make tulsi tea, combine the tulsi and 1½ cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Strain the water using a strainer in a deep bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Serve the tulsi tea warm.

    2. This is how the tulsi looks.  

    3. Remove the leaves from the stems.  

    4. Place them in water for atleast 2 minutes to remove excess mud or dust.  

    5. Strain it using a strainer.  

    6. To make Tulsi Tea, Heat water in a non-stick pan. 

    7. Add tulsi leaves.

    8. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.

    9. Once boiled, strain the water using a strainer in a deep bowl. 

    10. Add lemon juice and mix tulsi tea | Indian basil tea | tulsi tea for sore throat | tulsi tea for weight loss well.

    11. Serve Tulsi Tea warm.

A really quick and best thing for throat pain and cough. If you like tulsi, you can also avoid adding the lemon juice and just have the tulsi tea.
