  1. To make orange glaze icing, combine the orange juice and 1 tbsp of warm water in a bowl.
  2. Add the orange colour and orange essence and mix well.Keep aside.
  3. Put the icing sugar in a deep bowl, add the orange juice-warm water mixture gradually and mix very well using a whisk.
  4. Use as required. Use it immediately as the mixture hardens quickly.

How to make Orange Glaze Icing:

 

    1. To make the Orange Glaze Icing, take a small bowl and add the orange juice into it.
    2. Add 1 tbsp of warm water to it and mix well. We are using warm water because it helps in dissolving the icing sugar quickly.
    3. Add the orange colour. Use only branded and good quality food colouring.
    4. Also, add the orange essence to flavour the Orange Glaze Icing. Keep aside.

    1. Orange Glaze icing with Eggless Chocolate Sponge Cake using condensed. Cut a wedge from the Eggless Chocolate Sponge Cake. Pour Orange Glaze Icing over it. You will require about 1 tsp of the icing for 1 wedge of cake. 
    2. You can also decorate it with colourful sprinkles. Serve the Eggless Chocolate Cake using condensed milk with Orange Glaze Icing immediately as the icing hardens quickly. Also, prepare the glaze icing just before serving.

Orange glaze icing.. taste really good with tangy flavour, when put on top of muffins,the colour is also so bright. I just loved it.
