1 1/2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
2 cups pineapple cubes
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup cucumber cubes , optional
To Be Mixed Into A Honey Lime Dressing
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp low fat curds (dahi)
salt to taste
Method
- To make fruit salad in honey lime dressing, combine all the ingredients in a bowl (except the dressing) and chill in the fridge till you want to serve.
- Add the honey lime dressing and mix well.
- Garnish with coarsely crushed and roasted peanuts.
- Serve fruit salad in honey lime dressing immediately.

Wowww.. juicy and crunchy.. fruits.. with a ginger dressing.. this dressing is very different as there is honey , lemon juice.. and curds which is a different combination.. it tastes great. it blends with all the fruits in the salad very well..
