2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste

Make the dough into rope shape so it's easy to divide into equal portions.

Put a little flour on the rolling board. Place a portion of dough ball on rolling board and press it.

Roll out the dough into a 150 mm. (6") diameter circle using a little bajra flour for dusting.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle).

Cook the roti on one side without using any oil for 15 to 30 seconds.

Flip over and cook the other side.

Grease the roti with 1/4 tsp oil.

Cook till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Repeat to make 7 more rotis.

Serve immediately.

No body in my house eata bajra roti expect me and i used to make it simple by kneading the dough. But when i tried this recipe with the addition pf potatoes it was really very nice. I made this roti the whole of last winter and again going to make it this winter.

A good variation to the plain bajra roti... The addition of green peas and the perfect combination of spices makes this roti a great addition to daily menu. I am tempted to make it again and again. tx for the recipe...
