1 cup (200 grams) fresh cream
3 tbsp thick curd (dahi)
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp chopped pickled cocktail onions
2 tsp chopped pickled capsicum
1/4 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
salt to taste
Method
- Whisk the cream until thick.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Store refrigerated and use as required.
- Handy tips:
- This dressing should be consumed within 12 hours of making.
- To make pickled onions and capsicum, mix together 1 cup of water, ½ cup vinegar, 2 tsp of sugar and salt to taste and divide into 2 batches.
