1/4 cup pine nuts (chilgoza) or
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
Method
- Lightly roast the pine nuts. Cool completely.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and grind to a smooth paste.
