This kache aam ki chuski recipe is very easy to prepare and all you need is simple ingredients like raw mangoes, mint leaves and few other ingredients which are easily available at home. This popsicle is sure to be loved by kids and adults too!

Ingredients
For Raw Mango Popsicle
2 cups roughly chopped raw mango , peeled
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste
Method
For raw mango popsicle
- To make raw mango popsicles, in a pan, cook chopped raw mangoes, sugar and ½ cup of water on medium flame for 10 minutes.
- Switch off the flame, keep aside to cool completely.
- Transfer the raw mango mixture into the blender and add mint leaves, pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, black salt, salt to taste and 1 1/2 cup water.
- Blend till smooth. Pour the mixture into 12 ice cream moulds.
- Insert the ice cream stick and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
- To unmould, allow the moulds to remain outside the freezer for 5 minutes and then unmould by pulling it out.
- Serve raw mango popsicles immediately.

This is a summer favorite at my home. I and my brother pluck raw mangoes from neighborhood tree and turn them into delightful Popsicle.
