2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds (surajmukhi ke beej)
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (til)
1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats , roasted and coarsely ground
5 tbsp chopped black seedless dates
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1 tsp ghee
