Farfel is a variety of pasta that is shaped like a butterfly. It is usually served with a spicy tomato sauce. Here, you see an unusual combination of farfel tossed with baby corn, walnuts and a sprinkling of fresh basil and parsley.

Main Procedure
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté till the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the walnuts and baby corn and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes so the baby corn is cooked.
  3. Add the farfel, parsley, basil, nutmeg, salt and pepper and toss well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with cheese.
