Heres a natural indispensible solution to indigestion. The fibre from the apple and pineapple and the sharp acidity from the oranges assist in bowel movements thus relieving indigestion.
To get the utmost of fibre from apples do not peel them and do not strain the juice either, since much of the fibre lies just beneath the skin.
Here are some recipes that also aid in digestion - Carrot, Lettuce and Date Salad , Oats and Vegetable Broth , Oats Rava Idli and Turai Onion Vegetable .

1 1/2 cups pineapple cubes
8 big orange segments (deseeded)
1 cup apple cubes (unpeeled and deseeded)
crushed ice for serving
Method
- This recipe makes use of unpeeled fruits and vegetables, hence take care to clean and wash them well before chopping, to get rid of dirt, germs and chemical residues.
- Add the pineapple cubes, orange segments and apple cubes a few at a time in the hopper.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
- Serve immediately.
- This recipe doesn’t turn out good in a juicer because the texture of ingredients like pineapple and apple are very hard.

A good vitamin C and fibre rich juice which can be relished by kids too. Ensure to de-seed the orange for best results.
