Take 500 grams of carrots.

Peel and chop off the ends.

Chop into cubes. This comes out to 3 cups of chopped carrots.

Bring water to boil in a broad pan.

Put the chopped carrots in it.

Boil carrots for 12 to 15 minutes till the carrots are cooked.

Drain the carrots and cool them.

Add 1 cup unsalted peanuts.

Add 2 tbls maple syrup or honey.

Add 2 tablespoons coconut oil.

Add 1 tsp sea salt.

Blend till you get a creamy paste. You may need to keep pulsing in small intervals till done.
