Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup mashed banana
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup almond milk or milk
1/2 cup sliced banana
Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the sliced bananas in a deep bowl and mix very well.
- Transfer this mixture in an oven proof dish and spread it evenly.
- Top it with the sliced bananas evenly all over it.
- Bake this in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 25 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly. Serve warm.
